原账户锁定操作流程… ... 文件预览原账户锁定操作流程The original account lock operation process(2025-8-28)“资方账户内自我锁定，结算方即可先行支付”方案，主流程如下:The main process of the "Self-locking in the capital provider's account, allowing the settlement party to make advance payment" scheme is as follows:1、意向资方先提供完整的出款账户CIS和POF，并讲明资金性质。(关于POF资金证明，做前台资金就提供柜台余额单，做后台资金就提供黑屏POF)1. The potential investor should first provide a complete CIS and POF, and clarify the nature of the funds. (For POF funds proof, if it is front-end funds, a counter balance statement should be provided; if it is back-end funds, a black screen POF should be provided.)2、结算方据此向资方银行/欧央行核实验证所有信息。2. The settlement party will verify all the information with the investor's bank/European Central Bank based on this.3、核验通过后，依据实际资金性质协商返还比例，以及签约金额(首笔上限10T,后续另协商)。3. After verification is passed, the return ratio and the contract amount (the first transaction is capped at 10T，subsequenttransactions will be negotiated separately) will be negotiated based on the actual nature of the funds.4、达成一致后，网签合同以及居间承诺等所需文件。4. Once an agreement is reached, the online contract and the intermediary commitment and other required documents will be signed.5、如约开工，资方不必把资金出至所在银行之外，仍在原账户内，只需自己给自己开一份MT799锁定函，由银官通过SWIFT把该MT799锁定函发给结算方银行官。(资方临做锁定前，结算方可开PGL做支付保障)5.
