欧央行结算中心BPGL结算流程：The BPGL Settlement Process of theEuropean Central Bank Settlement Center1、金主方提供CIS(手签字、手盖章、手写日期);The fund provider shall provideCIS(hand - signed, hand - stamped, and hand - written date);2、金主方黑底黄字资金证明或(3天内流水单或银行结余单);Funding party's capital verification certificate with yellow characters on a black background or (bank statement within 3 days or bank balance statement);3、资金发送方银官名片(蓝色笔手签字、手盖章，手写日期);Business card of the fund sender's bank official (signed by hand with a blue pen, stamped by hand, and the date written by hand);4、资金发送方签字盖章DOAThe fund sender signs and seals, DOA5、结算方提供接款 CIS。The settlement party provides the receiving CIS.6、结算方签署合同。The settlement party signs the contract.7、打款方将合同在欧央行报备The remitter will file the contract with the European Central Bank.8、结算方收到欧央行报备后5个工作天内开出BPGL;The settlement party shall issue the BPGL within 5 working days after receiving the report from the European Central Bank.9、打款方收到BPGL后1个工作天内完成打款，The remitter shall complete the payment within 1 working day after receiving the BPGL.10、资金发送方提供结算资料、主回流帐户确认函报备;The fund sender provides settlement materials and submits the confirmation letter of the main return account for record.11、结算方收到结算资料、主回流帐户确认函报备后9个工作天内完成结算支付!The settlement party shall complete the settlement payment within 9 working days after receiving the settlement materials and the filing of the confirmation letter for the main return account!说明;银行出的《不可撤销履约支付保函》称之为BPGL，是以MT799报文资金锁定形式，通过银行SWIFT系统发送到打款方指定账户。当打款方打款后MT799自动生效锁定资金。The "Irrevocable Performance Payment Guarantee” issued by the bank is called BPGL.It is in the form of MT799 message fund locking and is sent to the designated account of the remitter through the bank'VX：LH2025698

🔴 国际结算收到银行保函后打款 的合作方案(适用MT103TT及GPI全自动) A、不限制出款方到欧央行还是到出款行报备。B、合同由出款方提供，请出款方将合作操作程序补充入合同中(操作程序:出款方开199，接款方回199，出款方再开799(预通知打款)接款方(结算方)开 BPU(银行付款承诺函)提供给出款方，出款方收到保函核实后再打款)！合同提交接款方(结算方)审核通过后，由出款方先签。C、接款方同时出居间合同出款方审及填资料先签，然后接款方同时回签合同及居间合同。D、出款方报备，提供报备回执单后，按合同程序启动操作。 E、接款方(结算方)在英国数字银行操作。 F、回款币种除人民币外都可以。除上述个别合作方案有特定的要求外，均须提供相关基本资料的要求:出款方提供已签署的合同(须手签手盖)。但个别合作方案合同是由接款方(结算方)提供合同。分流表由接款方(结算方)提供。回款比例按欧央行弹窗定回款比例定。
