国际结算业务 MT7991. 首先由打款方银行官发送MT799、并将预打款的所有文件副本提交给接款方银行官审核。2. 接款方银行官审核副本后，以MT799回复打款方银行官，并报明接款方有能力接受本款项，且结算准备金已完全准备好，请打款方打款。3. 打款完成后，打款方银行官以MT760方式将打款的所有正本文件提交给接款方银行官。4. 接款方银行官收到所有打款正本文件后，开始结算，并按照分流表及DOA约定的比例及支付金额汇款到相应账户。International Settlement Business MT7991.
